do not do business with this company - they are a scam!!! They say they are a company that sells timeshares, then they tell you they already have a buyer for yours and then quote you a good sale price. then they ask for their payment which is l00% refundable at closing. they want your checking account number which I stupidly gave them. then several weeks later a new person calls to say they are going to closing and need more money for the closing closts, don't do it - i fortunately got smart at this point and notified my bank. they are very convincing about having buyers already and quoting you an attractive sale price - don't be gullible, they are a big scam and need to be shut eown....

Timeshare Investors of America - Leon Avid are a rip off. They called and wanted to buy our Wyndham Timeshare at Cypress, Florida. He needed money up front and then came back for more. We knew better but didn't want to lose everything we gave and gave them more ($3290). We never heard from them again of course.

We had a phone number and would call and a lady answers and says he isn't available.

There is a special place for Leon Avid and someday and the scams he has implemented on people will return to him.
