Be very careful when going to ANY Merchants Tire, NTS, Big-O tire!! They are not like a dealership in that they do not care about customer service in any way. If they did they would have WiFiand a shuttle service to drive you home while you car is being repaired. They also have strict dollar amount quotas to make on every car every day. So you will always be offered a wheel alignment which to the TK Tire Kingdom is Pure Profit.There has to be at least so many dollars in alignment sold each day or a store manager will be in big trouble.

The TK or Merchants tire company works their store, service and service tech 60 hours a week minimum. So the chances the guy working on your car has been on the clock for almost 50 hours that week. So next time you are at a Merchant's, Big-0 tire, NTB your car might be getting worked on by an employee who is extremely over worked and tired. So many careless mistakes happen because these guys are over worked.

When leaving a Tire Kingdom store. Check your cars oil level and washer fluid level. Also check the air pressure in your tires. The GS or lube techs are forced to work so fast they almost never have time to do all of the checks listed above.
