TMG Inc, TMG Solutions, TMG Incorporated, TMG Solutions Inc, TMGindy, TMG, The Merl Group Why I did not apply. Indianapolis, Indiana |
My constructive solution to avoid this Ripoff in the future is to spend a few minutes minutes on the Indiana Secretary of State Website and your favorite search engine.
On IN.gov you can look up TMG Solutions, Inc and see that it was initially incorporated on 2/2/2008 as The Merl Group. One of the Incorporators (sometimes known as a Promoter) is a Linda Otterbeck of East Northport, NY. A search for Linda Otterbeck lists her as the Incorporator for J9 Executives in IN as well as a K&P Management in RI, MCR Concepts in AL and L.A.M Marketing, Inc in NC. Same kind of names, same kind of "business to business Fortune 500 outsourced....." all over the country.
The Merl Group seems to have morphed into TMG Solutions, Inc in early 2010 and changed their address.
This is an ad from Career Builders entitled " KILLER WORK ETHIC WANTED- WE TEACH THE REST"
Here at TMG we believe in growth from within, meaning we will never hire anyone directly into a management role. Every manager, assistant manager, human resource manager, and trainer in our company has held every position of every person they manage.
Since opening we have expanded into Ohio, Pennsylvania, Chicago and New Jersey and will be opening two more markets this year alone! In order to meet these expansion goals while at the same time maintaining our philosophy of 100% internal, merit-based promotion, we provide all new hires an opportunity to advance to management in a matter of months -- not years. Pay based upon individual performance.
Now type the phrase "KILLER WORK ETHIC WANTED" into the Career Builder search. Leave the location blank.
The same ad comes up for a L&J Marketing in Memphis, TN and a Walker Marketing in OH.
If you still want information and opinions on Multi Level Marketing, search for

My final constructive solution to avoid this Ripoff in the future is for college career offices to research these companies before inviting them to recruit on campus. |
