Todd Deratany is an admitted scam artist, a liar, a thief.
He has a very long history of fraud, scam, ripping off the public. Todd was a criminal defense attorney, disbarred by the Florida Bar twice, for drugs and for abandoning his practice, he did not show up in court to represent his clients, he did not return retainer fees to his clients.
Todd went from being a bad lawyer to a bad used car dealer.
Todd is the general manager of Big Boy Motors in West Melbourne Florida.
Todd rips off the customers on a regular basis by selling defective automobiles, and does not honor his one year warrantee by not fixing the vehicles.
His negative reviews are on the Big Boy Motors facebook page, Better Business Bureau, Google, Rip Off Report.

I also have a complaint against Todd deratany of big boy motors traded 1992 ford f250 in for a 99 ford 4x4 truck got the truck home but was a scary ride all the way home to kenansville fl from Melbourne the truck had a severe death wobble and was not safe at all he assured us it was just the tires and he would replace them no such luck for three months he did nothing couldn't drive the truck to town so I paid full coverage insurance for a truck that stayed parked I had enough I told him come get his junk so I took my tag off the truck that I owned because he told me he switched tag to new truck to save me money come to find out he lied and ordered a new tag I never received so when I went to turn tag in they wouldn't take it cause there was still a hold on the one he purchased and when I asked him to turn it in he replied not until u pay me 110.00 he is a fraud and thief he already got my truck for free and payments for a truck I didn't he to drive...folks beware of this crook I am seeking legal council on this man currently...
