I called ccbill and asked why they would promote a shady web site (tokyo-hot.com) that does not tell or advertiser on there site that there customers have to pay a 19.00 fee just to be able to visit the site up front, Once there you have to pay again to download any content. ccbill told me that the site pays them to collect the monies and that ccbill does not police the web sites they collect for, Yet ccbill can steal from me and you. I told ccbill that I would call my credit card company and argue this charge and they told me nothing could be done to them (ccbill).

true it is annoying and ccbill are scum, ive been banned by then after so many chargebacks because they couldnt give a toss, well they got annoyed when i successfully chargebacked 6-7 times.
