1. Feedback received by Client – Richard Williams ====================================== I am recent victim of the American Express Layoff in NC. We won the J D Powers Award for customer service for the past 4 years straight. Amex did not tolerate less that Excellent customer service; this is a trait that I hope to show in my business and what I can honestly say was express to me by TrueLogic Technologies. When other firms were emailing me what asking me to explain to them the project posting, TrueLogic submitted with their initial proposal and line by line flow chart of my vision which separated them from all competition.
