So I purchased this groupon from Google offers. Was so excited to get a bobblehead that resembled my boss for his upcoming 40th birthday. Only paid $39.95 for the offer so I was excited as I thought it was a steal. went to the website ad ofcourse after shipping and paying an additional $10 so the head would actually bobble, it was $85. A little more than I wanted to spend but okay.I receive a proof about 3 weeks later, look nothing like him, I submit more photos and suggestions. I did this like 7 times. Finally I thought my little piece of molded green clay might be okay and approved it thinking I could change in coloring if it did not come out right. I get my proof after the coloring process and it looks absolutely nothing like him, the body and clothes that they list on the website and say " you will receive this body and clothing as is and will not be able to make changes" was not even the same body and clothes that I had picked. When I questioned it, the customer service tried to tell me I would
need to pay an additional $45 for a customizable one. I did not ask for customizable, simply the same as pictured on the website. They then informed me that their was a clause in my agreement that said "Any request for withdrawal or refunding for reasons of non-resemblance, will be refusedвЂ™вЂ™..I mean seriously, why would I purchase a piece of clay for $85 that bares no resemblence to the recipient. I am just fuming. Ofcourse there is no need to even have them complete and send my order because what purpose would it serve. Hopefully I can save one of you from being scammed in the meantime. Good luck and say no to Twiimo..I wish I had read all of the scam reports to begin with.
