poor quality, poor customer relations, no refund

I purchased a pair of boots ($102.00), that claimed to be authentic uggs from the website uggs.us.com. I received the boots via mail and found them to be of poor quality and not authentic. I contacted the company via email to express my dissatisfaction and obtain a return address and refund of my $102.00 After three separate emails demanding a return adress and process for a refund, I was given an address in China and was told that only $70.00 would be refunded. I sent the boots in January to the address provided to me. I tried to track the delivery to China, however was unsuccessful once the boots/parcel left Jamica NY.
On May 13, 2011 I receive the boots back, in a damaged box, but in same packaging tape,etc I sent them in.
I am furious at myself for participating in this scam. I would like it to be known so others do not fall prey as I did. I would also like to know how I can get my money back!
