Work for a sweatshop before working here. They use a nice recruiter to get you into the door (Rick Volk) but you will quickly realize he is just the fronter for a shady operation. They have a 20 year old manager (Valerie Hernandez) overseeing the inside sales "department."

They will bring you in to organize their sales database that all the previous salespeople who were canned from lack of training, organization, and direction might have messed up. You are expected to get 15 appointments a week even though the only two people working inside sales before I got there (Valerie the "manager" and another salesperson) only got 13 together! The DSM is never there and could care less. The owner is always there which is interesting since he is supposed to own 2 other companies (one worth 123m and the other worth 25m). A lot of time on his hands for someone that runs all of those operations. My first red flag...

None of the sales people have been there long (you can tell they just cleaned house again for the 657th time). I started with another lady, there was a gentleman that started a day before me, the other lady started a month ago, then it was that Valerie Hernandez girl that wouldn't know how to run an operation if someone held a gun to her head. The hourly+commission is more like an unattainable draw and if you have a week where you don't get 15 appointments (even the sales manager couldn't do it!) you are out of there. I was let go towards the end of my second day for no specific reason. If you are desperate for a job take anything else but that. Please stay away!

Oh, and if anyone says anything positive about working here it is probably that Valerie girl. Don't believe the hype.
