I ordered and received UGG boots from usuggaustralia.com. The boots arrived with fake fur on the inside and cheap suede on the outside, rather than sheep fleece on inside and sheepskin on the outside. I have e-mailed usuggaustralia customer service at three times and told them that the boots were not Genuine UGGs and asked them for return procedures and address for return. They will not respond back to me. I called my credit card company, and I am filing a dispute with them. I closed my credit card, and requested a new one. I don't know what else to do. USUggAustralia is selling counterfeit Uggs and getting away with it.

You are mental.http://www.uggaustralia.com/ is the one selling the real boots. i think you went onto a counterfeit web sight that claims that its an 'Ugg outlet' for example 'http://www.uggsusaoutletstores.com' is selling counterfeit Uggs you cant tell by the bottom of the boot from the star thing at the top its off center, the don't let you zoom up on the label, the boot LOOKS FAKE! on the ugg web sight you're able to put in a URL of a web sight and see if Ugg Australia sells to that web sight. so really relax. go to this web sight http://www.uggaustralia.com and you'll see this difference.
