VFC Inc Now TD Financing. VFC vehicle loan scam and class action lawsuit, Internet

I want to file a class action lawsuit against VFC. I got a vehicle loan for $23000 paid $29000 and still owe $24000. I was mis-informed by dodge Renfrew Chrysler in Calgary about VFC and their payment and interest. VFC destroys your credit because you pay exorbitant interest and nothing goes to principal so you have nothing of value left in the vehicle to trade in but you still owe VFC a fortune. They prey on the needy and I want to file a class action lawsuit. I am a decent hardworking man and VFC calls me 3 times a day and makes me feel like a criminal because I now refuse to pay this Robbery until it is settled in court. I payed 29000 for a 23000 truck. I'm not paying another 24000. VFC are criminals.

I just received my reply from TD today, June 9 2011. You have rights under the consumer protection act.
