Vialets Cattery is owned by Vicki G. Brewer. She is a breeder of Russian Blue kittens. Ms. Brewer has been permanently banned from the Cat Fancier's Association and TICA. Both organizations have conducted their own investigation as Ms. Brewer, in the state of Washington, has been associated with animal neglect. The conditions of her cattery
caused 17 animals to be removed by King County. Ms. Brewer has been operating her cattery in multiple counties in the state of Washington; including Kirkland and Centralia.
