Vision Security Security Networks Scammers! Pretend to be your security company coming to

Two men arrived at my home pretending to be from my security company. They said that my monitoring keyboard was outdated and was going to be replaced "at no charge to me". They went on to show me how my old system was no longer any good and how the new system would be sooo much better. Smoke, mirrors, tricks and bam! They scammed me into contract with a new company! Michael Schroeder, (408-980-1161) the leader of the two, with his rotten front tooth smiled away as he lied his way into my bank account. He even had me sign a letter to my old company, promising take care of everything so they would pay for the cancellation fees of my old system. Well, guess what? I'm still getting billed by my old company! He never sent any letter and the great featured of being linked to my smartphone he bragged about, when I called to find out why I couldn't get it to work I they admitted it costs extra and wasn't installed unless I paid for it! I asked the company about why I'm paying for two systems. Here is what they told me I have to do. Contact my old security company, cancel and then when I get the bill (for the next 17 months of service) if they don't want to pay the amount because it is too high they will cancel my contract with them! Really?! Leaving me with a huge bill and NO security at all! Got that discussion on recording. By the way. I don't own my home. I rent it. So they told me I had to lie to the person on the phone and say I owned the home since I had already signed the papers, it was really just a paperwork issue anyway.
