I started working for Wackenhut or G4S Secure Solution in Nov of 2008. Over the two years and nine months working for this company I have been sexually harassed, harassed and called every mean name in the English, German and Spanish language. But I donâ€™t understand either German or Spanish. I went to my supervisor Larry and all he did was actually nothing. Larry thought that it was funny and I should just learn to deal with one of the other coworkers telling everyone that I was his girlfriend when I was not. I was told on day to day bases that I was stupid and that I could not do anything else but this job and someday not even that. I was harassed about my learning disability. About 2 year and less and a month into my employment with this company I was thinking about ended my life, yes I was thinking about suicide. Both the General Manager and Human Relations knew what was going on. The put on a great show and acted like they care about my life. But in the end they didnâ€™t all they care about was making money and nothing else. In Jan of 2011 I filed a hostile work environment and all they did was made everyone sign a piece of paper saying they would not do it anymore. And when that didnâ€™t work and I called HR again about the hostile work environment they moved me to another site. Where everyone was in on getting me out, They did things worst there with the harassment. I told my supervisor Chris about it and after that he started in on the harassment so I when up the chain to Steve and still nothing until they thought up a great way to get rid of me. They falsely accused me of sleeping on the job. But about two
months early I was telling both Chris and Steve the other supervisors were sleeping on the job. So why do I do something that I knew was wrong.
