Walmart.com Wal-Mart Walmart.com Instore Pickup is a Joke!!! Brisbane, California

Typically, I stay away from Wal-Mart. I can't stand the people that work there or the people who trash the store and let their kids run wild like they are at a Chuck-E-Cheese. On 09/11/2011, my wife and I moved into a new place. Of all the things we forgot to get, we forgot cooking utensils. I decided to look online for a place that would do in-store pickup. I found what I needed and it just so happened a new Wal-Mart had just opened down the street from where we moved. I ordered the item and it said it would be available in 4 hours or less. It was 10:00AM when I ordered the set and I still hadn't heard anything when I got home around 6:30PM. I decided to go ahead and go over and check to see what was going on. The store said they didn't have the item in-stock and they were waiting for it to be shipped to them. I explained that I understood that this was an option; however, it wasn't the option I selected. The item showed in-stock in the store online. They argued with me for about 10 minutes insisting they didn't have it and I would just have to wait. After I got done arguing, I walked over and picked the item up off the shelf and showed it to them. They then said I would just have to buy the item AGAIN and ask Walmart.com to cancel my item. All I can say is...WOW! WAL-MART and WALMART.COM IS AN ABSOLUTE FAILURE AS A COMPANY!!! No wonder Amazon.com is starting to kick the crap out of you!!!
