Ward Truckload Express Dave Seaton and Tim Ward Harassment Altoona, Pennsylvania

I started driving truck for Ward Truckload Express in 07 what was suppose to be 40 cent a mile which later turned in to 38cents a mile with a 2cent safety bonus.Oh really,don't you think you should tell people that? Then just about everything I done was live load or live unload, which they said most of there loads was drop and hook. They also said that if PC Miller routed you across the PA Turnpike that they would let you go that way, another lie. I had more miles on route 22 in the year and a half I was with them than I had on interstates, and route 22 isn't fit for a mountain goat let alone under powered equipment which makes your day alot longer. I still have all of my paperwork that can verify what I'm saying is true. The first few weeks there you are suppose to get 3 phone calls to see how your doing. The first phone call I got was from the recruiter, he asked me how I was doing and if I had chased anyone around the parking lot,so I said I was to old to chase anyone anywhere. My next call is from Dave Seaton,operations manager, He ask me how I was doing and I tell him fine,and he says to me,maybe by time you get your third call we will have quit harassing you,this is from Wards top guy.My 3rd call was suppose to be from Tim Ward but it came from my dispatcher,because Mr Ward knew what was going on and he didn't want to look like he was invovled.Also I had told them that I thought I was A good Christian and my next 2 pay checks where $666.00, which had nothing to do with the work I had done.I still have the pay stubs and the log books to prove it. Also they have a no idle policy,so if you like freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer,this job is for you. There is alot more to this story and it can be backed up with paperwork and I would gladly take a polygraph test for anything I have said, but I'll bet Mr Ward and Mr Seaton won't. After a year and a half there I was fired,when I asked Mr Seaton why,he said I couldn't be controlled,let me translate that for you,we harassed you for a year and a half and you wouldn't quit so your fired. If these people call you for a job don't even answer the phone,these people are evil.
