WebiFusion Spam and ensuing Yelp Blackmail, Los Angeles, California

I was contacted by Jared Diamond on behalf of WebiFusion.com through a suspicious email with no clear header, no physical address, not from his company's direct URL, and no clear opt-out options, all of which are violations of the Federal Trade Commissions CAN-SPAM act of 2003. Upon informing the sender that I no longer wished to receive their emails and citing why I would not be using their services, the sender threatened me and wrote a malicious yelp review as retribution for my asking to opt out of their services. Since the yelp review, I have received several personally threatening messages from the sender, 6 total in a 24 hour period. I have reported him to the FTC, Yelp, and to Gmail, who he was using as an anonymous email sender, likely to deflect negative attention generated from his spam campaigns and associated with his company website and server IP address. I have also reported the threatening emails to the local authorities.
