Never pay to their employees and get them in block list when they ask for money

Hello Friends,

Stephen, A person who claims to have a company website designz and hire developers and designers from elance, ask them to work on their projects outside elance without funding elance escrow and then he claims to pay after project completion but after project completion he makes fake promises and sometimes removes their employees from system(They use SOCOCO, virtual office, software to communicate with team and colleges), If you got removed from SOCOCO then you have no way to communicate with Stephen.

In this way you will never get your money.

Note- For first project he pays a little amount just to make trust, If you should have $1000 then he will pay only $250, after then you will never get your money and he will assign 2-3 projects to you in between.

Please guys beware from this bullshit.
