I got a job with werner right out of school in ok so I was grren right. It was a nightmare to start my first traning was mean would go to sleep in the back and leave me up here alone and one day i got turned round in a truck stop and the place said i ran over something when i told my trainer who proced to scream and yell and me and i dint know i wasnt spose to admit fault so i did i dint find out till i got to phenix az by safty i was blamed for all of it and the safty guy said qote shame on you mike for not helping him and telling me to take falt. thats not even the half of it my second driver made me drive every night after midnight and i could not slep cause his drving was so bad so when it was time for me to get off his truck when my traning was done i was so slept deprived coming into atlanta i had tunnel vision there were many night i would get sleepy one driver oone time got on the radio and theting to call my company i told i the guy i had to choose to top it off he would call me names and call me a fagit cause i wore driving gloves. any how when i went solo i dint have hardley any backing parctice are close quaters practice so one day i was trying to cut a sharpe corner at the termial and cliped a mud flap of a drivers bobtail he was parked were he should of been then i got to a place and could not get in safley tried for a hour in a half so when i finally gave up i went to ta and called my dipatch we went at it for 20 mins and he said "your telling me u cant handle the eqitment we have you get your ass back there and deliver the load after going at it for another 10 mins he told he to go back to atlanta when i got there i was greated at the gate by 2 people from the office and was told to park and go speak to the term manager when i got there he looked over at communcation between me and my dm and told me he dint think i was cut out to be a driver and i should find aother job i could not leave because they had cufed my air lines in the truck oh ya then they said i took out a poll at a fuel island at a ta which i nerver did so i had no choice but to quite dont trust werner they lie i got sucked in to there bull shit by a recruiiter in school THEYN LIE
