West County Honda
West County Honda Superstore Deceptive, Liars, Unethical, Snake Oil Salesman/Owner Ellisville, Missouri

Beware of this place. West County Honda Superstore is taking over an existing Honda store in West County. They placed ads to hire a new staff. During the training after being there a few days it was made clear that if you wanted to get the job you needed to be certified in their training which cost 299.00. If you stayed at the dealership 90 days you would get that refunded but it shows the dealership that you are serious about working there. They did hire several people they told me I would be a Service Advisor because I told them I did not want to be a Car Salesman. After spending 7 days in training they told me that they did not have the position I was told in the beginning I would have but they have a position on the Sales Floor. Then ask "Is that ok with you" I told them NO and left immediately. I don't understand why they left me hanging for 7 days knowing I was driving 45 minutes to and from this place waisting not only my time but my gas as well. They figured after spending this much time they would be able to get me to be in Sales a commission only position because its free labor. They are from Boston and have no concerns who they SCAM. Whether it is an employee or a Customer. So beware of doing business with them. Why would I want to be a SalesMan for your company I just sat through 7 days of learning how to Get every Penny out of a Customer. Jason the assistant General Manager was asked how he slept at night and he replied I'll tell you how... I will go home tonight and eat a Big STEAK then laugh myself to sleep on how much money I made off them dumb-Asses. Kris the Sales Manager would tell us how he will come in after the initial negotiating and he would them Slam them and rake them over the coals for every last dime he can get. Dont be caught up in their scams. I have video tapes of everything i have said happened. I started taping the training once they started telling us how to RIP people off.

And they strike again...West County Honda hired John K. Priest, alleged scam artist, to recruit new employees. He holds "training" for three days, leading 23 people into believing they will be hired as sales people for the dealer. Third day he tries to sell a couple pamphlets for $299 to trainees - when point blank asked if the purchase of pamphlets would lead to a sales position being "secured" at the dealership, he stated "those who purchase will have a star by their name and the dealer will know who invested in it when they come in to make their final decision, but decide for yourself"...wink-wink, nod-nod. What is even more appalling, is thinking about how much he brags on his lifestyle of nice homes and cars and six figure incomes that he and fellow sales managers make...all the while he's inventing ways to take $300 from unemployed workers that are desperate to find a job so that they can keep their modest homes and cars.

Shame on you John K. Priest, Shame on YOU!

Shame on West County Honda!

Shame on anyone who hires people like this to recruit new employees...if they are willing to deceive their own employees, what do they do to their customers?
