There were significant problems with the monument I purchased from West Memorials.
Unfortunatley, the only way those problems were resolved was in Shelby County General Sessions Civil Court, Memphis, Tennessee.

Hello,
Paul West signed a contract with me on August 17, 2011 to deliver a sculpture to Phoenix Az., within five to six months. Is June 17, 2012 and the cemetery just received the sculpture. Not only the angel has cracks and cuts throughout, but also the wings does not corresponds to the angel I order, and to top it off he did not write the verse on top of the bench.
A day before the angel was being shipped to USA, he pressured me to approve the pictures in order for the monument to ship from China, to later take three more months and never delivered what he promised.
While trying to reasoning with Paul West he become loud, extremely disrespectful, and even call me a thief and a liar. $11, 893.00 it's a lot of money nowadays to allow any business owner to walk away with so many mistakes, nonetheless without delivering what they promised.
I can not stress the fact enough this person is extremely rude and disrespectful.
Now he is after me for the balance which I do not intent to pay, plus considering the fact I am in AZ. and his shop in TN. I can not go afford to go to TN and file a complaint against him.
Please tell me if not paying the balance is the best to do at this point, as once he is paid for he will not correct any mistakes.
Let me know what would be best, or guide me.
Desperately need your help. Thank you before hand.
