I bought a "certified" used 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee top of the line HEMI from these creeps. By the time I had gotten home, I called to say the car was not driving properly and had gone through more than a tank of gas in less than 70 miles. They agreed to replace it pursuant to a signed agreement that said they would replace defective vehicles, so I went back and traded it for a lesser vehicle (more miles, less options, smaller engine) but not the car I wanted because I had to "take something off the lot." No credit for the downgrade. The car was dirty, they delivered it 2 hours later than they promised (they had 2 days to prep it) which meant I would be hitting rush hour traffic on my very long ride home. By the time I had gotten home, I realized that the second car was no better than the first (hesitated, would not downshift, bluetooth/radio/GPS would not work), so I called back immediately. Call after call, day after day, finally got to the owner who reluctantly agreed to pick up my car and give me a loaner (which was part of the deal since I live 2 hours away) while they fixed the problems. A week later, no call, so I drove all the way to the service department where they (1)couldn't find the car (it was buried on the lot) and (2) told me there was nothing wrong with it and (3) kept me waiting for 2 hours in the hot sun. I finally insisted that a mechanic go for a drive with me, and he agreed that the car had transmission problems. when we told them, they ignored me and the service manager disappeared. Then they refused to fix it, refused to give me back the loaner (hid the one I was driving which still had personal items in it), and told me to get off the lot. I took my car, and drove to the showroom, making a call there on the way so they would know I was coming but everyone was "too busy" to get on the phone. Not surprisingly, when I got there, FIVE managers were lounging around doing nothing since there were no customers around. I started yelling that they were deliberately not taking my calls and then some big creep came out of his office, said he was running the place, pointed his finger in my face and said "YOU - IN MY OFFICE NOW" (I am a 62 year old woman). I told him to get his finger out of my face and he said he was calling the police to have me arrested. I did him one better. I called them first but not before he followed me out to my car screaming and threatening me to the point whereby I had to lock the doors and roll up the windows. When the police came the cop told me it was not the first time he had been called there. I now have a $30,000 car that does not drive correctly, is not the car I wanted, does not have GPS, does not have working BlueTooth and a dealer that does not stand behind the cars they sell. They are just disgusting.

I am the owner of Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge and I am sorry to say that we were not able to satisfy you. Throughout every contact we had with you, there was confrontation on your part. When arrangements were made to assist you, you made calls all the way up to me. You didn’t stop there either as you called my brother as well. We made every attempt to help you, including taking back your original vehicle and giving you another one with no cost to you. The last day you came to our service department, we drove the vehicle with you and pointed out that the symptoms you were experiencing were normal to the vehicle’s design. There simply was nothing wrong with it. Our management witnessed you screaming and cursing at many of our employees including a few women who became concerned for their safety. As a Matt (our Service manager) attempted to cal you down, you jumped in your vehicle nearly killing one of our porters and raced out of the lot. You then ended up at our showroom about 10 minutes later and immediately went up to the receptionist and made remarks about her appearance and began cursing and yelling in our showroom. You were not ignored, just a very angry person. You always had my phone number, and I am the owner, but instead you insisted on yelling, cursing, and finger pointing at my staff. You make yourself out to be a victim, but we have eyewitnesses that have given statements to the contrary. You were asked to stop yelling and decided to ignore those requests. That’s when you were asked to leave. The police came and after seeing your dysfunctional behavior asked you not to step near our dealership again.
