AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!! Biggest scam in North Texas! This dealership does not take care of its customers once you leave the lot. You are better off asking around for recommendations from other local Ford dealers but NOT WESTWAY. We had a far from smooth sales transaction for a 06 Ford Explorer. Within 1 month this vehicle performed terribly and unbeknown to us there have been SEVERAL reports of the same issue amongst other Ford Explorer issues. FORD as a company does not stand by its product. They suggest you work with the local dealerships to resolve your issues but the managers are as ineffective as the company itself. We made numerous attempts to contact the general manager Barton Hinton but they have him protected and isolated as if he is the president of the US. If you have any doubts about buying a Ford, opt for the competition. Learn from our mistakes and do not leave the dealership until you have thoroughly researched the make and model and the companies history of handling customer complaints after warranty. Visit sites to view car complaints and you will see a trend with Ford. What makes it such a deplorable issue is that they do not stand behind their own product. I do not rate or recommend a company based on the sales transaction alone. Its when you are home using the product, the product is failing and the way the company responds that determines the true worth and value. This company gets an F!!!!!!!!
