| I ordered a popular toy from Dealfind who was selling on behalf of KM Toys. KM Toys stalled their part of the process, as we later found out, due to taking over 4600 orders and having no stock to fill them. Dealfind kept telling customers to enter their code and it will work eventually knowing that was not true. They claimed KM Toys was having a hard time entering voucher numbers knowing that there was no stock. There was so many complaints, they had to own up to the truth and found WidgetLove, saying to enter the code in their site and, to guarantee delivery for Christmas, buy their expedited shipping via Fedex, which I did. Even though I have receipts for all of this, they claim, through Dealfind, they never received the money for the transaction. Neither KM Toys or WidgetLove would ever return an email or have their phone message anything but full and unable to accept messages. The online contact form was, also, not working. Dealfind was hesitant to provide any information without an excessive number of calls and emails. When they did, it was very vague and when pressed to honour their customer satisfaction guarantee, they didn't communicate at all. All three companies are questionable to say the least and should be avoided unless you have more money than you need and want to give it to scam artists. |

| Wow my story is pretty much the same as above. After contacting the better business bureau I finally received a rude response from Widget Love. Several emails through the BBB, I finally received one air swimmer on Jan 27th/2012. My nephews were totally disappointed on christmas day. NINE weeks late and guess what they sent the wrong damn fish. I ordered 4 sharks. Monday Jan 30 the other three fish arrive...the wrong ones of course. This company is a joke and should lose their license!! Through the BBB they offered me a full refund as long as I sent the fish back at my expense SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE EH!!!. | to littlelisa: Mine order arrived late, around Dec. 29th and that was without express shipping. I also ordered a shark and thought it was the fish until i called their 800# and the agent was kind enough to point out there was an orange and blue box and the content wasn't based on the image. Mine was checked off blue and they let me open it to confirm... to our surprise and pleasure it was the shark. After about an hour of figuring out how to assemble it, this shark and remote work these Air Rangers are AWESOME and were well worth the wait (especially considering the discount). It was my first experience with Widget love and i've since ordered 2 other items. both delivered within 2 or 3 weeks and quality was excellent. Maybe i'm just lucky! :) |
