THIEF & CON ARTIST engaged John S. Lee on a drapery project for three windows. The project value was estimated at $4700. A deposit of $2400 was given to Mr. Lee on March 29th. As of April 29th, the drapery has not been delivered and Mr. Lee either does not answer calls and emails or keeps delaying delivery. This man and his wife are frauds. The address in Diamond Bar and phone numbers of the business keep changing; as well as the website url.

he took my amex card number and 5 to 6 weeks later zero. scam artist, but we did this on phone. disputing with amex, knew his stuff too.
