I found an internet service to send and receive faxes, at first seemed fine... I remember getting technical support to use it for the first time. About 4 months ago, I restored my computer software so the one to send and receive faxes was lost... I downloaded a new copy and installed it.... well, didn't work; I needed help to set it up, I emailed 6 requests, called and did averything I could to get help... never got it. It's been 4 months; I went to their web page and checked my existing reports; they are still "being processed" The only activity you will see in this company is when they get your money... You will probably receive an automated email "Thank you for your payment, its nice to have you as a custumer"
