There is absolutely no audio recording of any kind in any of our stores. The mic she is referring to is not operational but was intended for occassional sales monitoring to improve customer service above one or our 8 sales stations if we were ever to hook it up. Customers only give the last 4 digits of the SS#. The addresses, DOB, Driver's licence numbers are not even repeated verbally. User 494203 is a former employee that worked/works for a competitor and was recently let go. Identity Theft? NO. 14 Years of year over year growth, employing over 20 people in Putnam County, Great customer service, prices and satisfied customer's... YES. I hope and pray for this employee to move on and find employment she will be happy with. Obviously, she wasn't happy working for us. She was advised to have this posting removed.
