Please avoid Woodforest National Bank. This bank is a huge ripoff and discriminates against its employees. This bank charges you for everything and has the worst customer service ever. They are the worst people that I have ever dealt with. I had them for about a year and paid so much money in fees because of the way they process things without telling. So whatever you do avoid them at all costs and go to a better bank.

You are so ridiculous! You look like a fool posting something like this. EVERYONE knows that the only reason a bank is able to charge fees (over and above the monthly service fees etc.) is if you overdrew your account. I am guessing you did that OFTEN! By chance did you happen to you keep a record of your debit card, checks written and ATM withdrawals? What I absolutely hate are people like you who do not take responsibility for their actions then get on the internet and blame someone else. This bank's only at fault for giving an account to a person like you who obviously cannot manage their money. By the way..."Processing items without telling” If you kept track of your spending why would you not know what is being processed? Why would they need to tell you? You need to grow up and take responsibility for your own actions.

Thank you "Take Responsibility" for getting it EXACTLY right!! There are NO hidden fees at Woodforest. I have been a Woodforest customer for over three years. I LOVE them! They have the best customer service from any bank I've ever dealt with. But I, unlike you, keep my register. I use their free online banking, iPhone app, the works!!! They even have payment plan checking accounts if you get behind on your account. Who does that?! Trust me, no discrimation at Woodforest! They're diverse, VERY family oriented and community active. I'd refer them to everyone!
