WordPressDirect BlinkingDot software continued curring billing even after 2 assurances from company support that billing would stop and acct canceled

In Feb., 2011 I attempted to cancel my Wordpress Direct acct and thought I had done so. However, I was billed 97.00. I sent refund request and cancelation to their (WPD) support and received response that the would credit my cc and no further billing would occur. Mid Feb, 2011, and once again Wordpress Direct billed my acct. Once again contacted support. Got email from Brian telling me he would credit my acct again and he was sure to have canceled my paid subscription with them once again. ONce again he assured me no further billing would occur. Here it is March, 2011 and again another $97.00 charge to my cc from Wordpress Direct. I had to sign in to their support area as a guest because evidently my support ticket login from Feb. was canceled. This is the 3rd unauthorized billing and I was assured, as I have a copy of email from Brian at Wordpress, otherwise known as BlinkingDot Software, that there would be no more billing last month and the month before. I put the money on this card to pay a phone bill. Now, I have to go through this long process of 7 - 10 days to get my money back before I can pay my bill all because they continually bill me each month after I cancel and they assure me billing is discontinued. Outraged.
