I was solicited by "Kay Carpenter" of WTF Wholesalers Corporation in Daytona Beach, Florida and she prposed that her company would buy flea product from veterinarians and they would provide shipping labels and would electronically pay me within 21 business days. They did pay at first(usually late) but only after calling and e-mailing them consistently. Now they refuse to pay or pick up the phone. Todd Stefaniak is the owner of this company and the vice president is Nancy Ben-Hamo. The two of them live lavish lifestyles with expensive cars, boats and planes. They are both pathological liars and scam artists. Todd is only in his early 30's and has the wealth of someone much older. Kay Carpenter does their dirty work for them, yet she lives in a mobile home while these two get rich by defrauding veterinarians that they lure into their web of deceipt. They insruct their employees to divert calls of veterinarians inquiring about payment to useless voice mails and to the mythical "Tom Wright", who endlessly is auditing the warehouse and never gets back to anyone. Nancy Ben-Hamo and Kay Carpenter make all kinds of promises and excuses but they are all lies!
The WTF building is set up like Fort Knox with security cameras and locked doors everywhere. Todd Stefaniak told an investigator that WTF is really "just a hedge fund." They have a "C side" and a "WTF side" where it is determined weather or not veterinarians are to be paid. Todd also has family members at certain extensions, Chad and Andrea, who help in the sceme. Jennifer Vaugh is Todd's personal assistant who helps in the coverup work. Nancy Ben-Hamo's assistant is Jamie Miesel. Cheryl Guarro answers the phone and is culpable in the grand sceme of fraud and lies. DO NOT send them any product or if you work for one of the companies who buy product from them, let your employer know that they are purchasing product from fraudulant criminals. If you have been taken by them call Mike Mittelman at 386-383-7222, he is a private investigator who is looking into WTF and is doing a great job. He met with Todd Stefaniak on June 29, 2011 at WTF and was presented proof of our valid claims for payment and simply lied his way through the meeting. There is strength in numbers, so call and get involved so we can be paid and perhaps but Stefaniak, Ben-Hamo and Carpenter in prison where they belong. They are into most of their victims for $25000-$35000 each!
