I want to said the F to the customer service

I bough a bag on this website www.burberryonlineshop4s.com . 220 USD. Then i received an email from [email protected] It said an amount had been paid to www.allfashionorders.com.A company in beijing.
Next day i received email from [email protected]. This one said... i copy from my email : Welcome to our outlet store (www.burberryonlineshop4s.com)We have received your payment, we will send the goods as soon as possible!we will contact the shipping company to update the tracking number.
Two days later. I received the tracking number. He said i can track the goods on the web site: http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html NOW is the problem i enter the trucking number but it doesn't work. It show No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking.I email the customer service. No one
response.
I emali them everyday. Still no response. What can i do? Can i get my money back.
