The sensory toy warehouse trading from www.sensorytoywarehouse.com come across as a proffesional outfit yet when my order arrived and it arrived damaged and battered to shreds i gave them a call hoping my sensory toys would be replaced. Instead Liz from the sensory toy warehouse insisted i should not have signed for the goods if they were damaged. How was i to know they were damaged? Liz refused to help and said i must take it up with the courier and that there was nothing she could do. I alerted her to the sales of goods act and she actually "laughed at me" and said i should become a solictor. Needless to say i have now informed trading standards and am in the process of performing a chargeback to my credit card to recover the money the sensory toy warehouse have stolen from me. Please be warned that the sensory toy warehouse may come across as a good site but if something goes wrong they will not help. Shop around!

This cannot be true. I have shopped at Sensory Toy Warehouse plenty of times and the level of Customer Service has always been at a high standard. True, you were not meant to know these items were damaged, but all you need to do is make a claim with Royal Mail and state your items arrived damaged, and they will simply refund you. Perhaps that is what Liz meant when she said to take it up with the courier? Sensory Toy Warehouse is a quality company and has always been helpful, and I would definitely return! No need to shop around, these are the best prices on the internet for Sensory Toys!
