paid and did not receive the goods |

I ordered a pair of boots from uggeden.com on the 5th September and received an e-mail telling me when they got the payment my boots would be dispatched and I would receive tracking number by e-mail. Money left my account, more than the stated price, no tracking number was given and after many attempts to contact the company have heard nothing! I have not received the boots and doubt I ever will! 2 weeks later I received a call from someone saying they were calling from my bank, they had a lot of details about me and asked personal questions regarding my bank account! To be on the safe side I have changed my bank account which has caused nothing but hassel and I now wait to see if anyone tries to use my banking details! Very worried about the whole thing is there anything I can do? |

Today I received an e-mail from Cindy at Uggeden thanking me for my `kindly` e-mail! There was nothing `kindly` about my e-mail! She gave a tracking number, however, when I went to the site, which was fed-ex site, they had no record of the tracking number. Can someone tell me if this process sounds familiar to anyone who actually received the boots? |

i ordered some boots from this site on 5th sept and also received and email from Cindy thanking me kindly for my email, i also got a tracking number which was the fed-ex site and they had no record of my tracking number!! I have no boots and dont expect to receive any!! i have however heard of other people that have ordered from this site that have received their boots, am gutted and wont be making the same mistake twice!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! |

I have had the same issue. Ordered my Boots, got an from the lovely Cindy thanking me kindly for my order. She told me the boots had been shipped and provided me with a a tracking number (shipment via EMS) but when I enter the number the tracking number cannot be found. I have tried to follow-up with her, but she isn't replying to my e-mails. I now wish I had performed a search on line, as it looks like this company is a total SCAM and many people have not received their boots. Some have, but had said that they are fakes, not sheepskin! I'm gutted too and will make sure I'm more careful in the future. |

scam, scam, scam i ordered my goods. recieved the email from cindy, tracking number and all. my boots were on the way then nothing. Apparently they were destroyed by customs in stansted airport!!!. i am contacting trading standards and i suggest others do the same. i am going to tell as many friends as possible i suggest you do the same for now. |

My wife did the same as many of the above, hers are being inspected by HMCustoms after arriving at FedEx and will probably be destroyed and it's the same sad story. Apparently HM Customs have 13K pairs to sort through ( informed by FedEx guy ) I asked FedEx guy if they knew there was a problem with this company then why were they continuing to accept their business, funny he didn't know!!!.
What are HMC doing about this? Bugger all, even the HMC guy admitted it's the consumer who pays the price. If it sounds too good to be true, then it usually is too good to be true. Ian Wilson |

Same story here, I am so angry with myself for letting this happen, I am a single parent, saved to buy these boots for my daughter when she went off to Uni. Great move. Never mind will have to put this one down to experience. An expensive mistake. |

I ordered a pair from uggden on the 19th sep and now 14 th oct still havent seen them, reading all above seems similar, they`ve taken more than what should have been taken of my money, no tracking nu or anything, i feel really sick about this all, i`ve been triying to email them quite a few times and no reply, and not even a phone number to contact them, gutted and will learn big time from this. |

hi, about the post i sent 14 days ago, after 4 weeks of waiting for my boots, i had a lovely letter from the uk border agency, saying that they had my fake boots, and if i wanted them which they wernt gonna give to me unless i would have to take things to court, which isnt worth it, so they told me to contact uggeden.com to get a refundn, which i cant get hold of, and i wont see money or boots off them SCAMS, so got to try and get my money back from my bank(mastercard) what a load of hassle and headache, and a lot of this nonsense is on ebay, so be very aware of who you are buying off, i have learnt big time.mand, |

i ordered off this site over 3 months ago, they took payment then informed me that the boots was out of stock. i asked for a refund and they only offered me half back or to choose another pair of uggs. after arguing over my refund for over a month i choose another paid of uggs. however, 2 days ago i recieved a email of customers saying my order had been destroyed as they were fake.
was a complete con! |
