I am an Wyndham vacation owner! I was a sucker and fell for all the lies that where dished out to me! In the four and a half years of owning this over priced, vacation scam, I have been able to use it a total of four times, and that was after calling at least 20 times, before booking each vacation, not going when I wanted to and going out of the state that my timeshare is located in. After calling and visiting my home office and two other offices looking for an once of help on the package I already owned, they told me the only way they could do anything for me was to upgrade my package. WHAT!! I'm already paying over $25,000 for the timeshare, Plus hundreds of $ in maitinece fees. I've attempt to sell, and ended up giving up more of my hard earned money. What was suppose to be an enjoyable time for my family has turned into a nightmare!!

Wyndham timeshare presentations are hardcore and very long-lasting, people are usually pressured and bullied into buying a timeshare. The company has been sued in federal court several times by many wyndham timeshare owners for committing wrongs in their vacation credits, such as breach of contract, violation of California’s Timeshare Act and breach of fiduciary duty, among others.
