I bought a car, but after weeks of not shipping car, seller told me it had mechanical problems, we agreed on refund. 3 months, i'm still waiting for it. On December 10, 2012 I purchased a 2007 BMW 335i from Xotic Motorsport. I spoke with Brian Bullock and David (no last name). Same day I provided them with $800 paypal deposit paid to Elleshia Habibian ([email protected]). December 17, 2012 I express mailed the payment for the car. On December 20, 2012 (my payment) Pentagon Federal Credit Union check of $19,099 was cleared. I was told by David the car would be shipped right after Christmas. After Christmas, I was told it would be shipped right after New Years. On January 6, 2013 I asked why the car is still not shipped and was told that the car had mechanical problems, and we agreed on a refund. On January 14, 2013 I received an $800 paypal refund for the original deposit. Today is March 13, 2013 and I'm still waiting to be refunded! I was promised on many MANY occasions that the refund is being made, por in the process of being made - that I even lost track of number of times. Also, the number of different excuses that I heard from David (no last name) and the number of promises that he made. We were on the phone with PenFed a number of times where he supposedly needed to get the exact totals and the account information to either send them a check or a wire transfer. (I'll include our almost daily correspondence on separate pages and online for people to see) All his promises amount to the fact that 3 months after purchasing a car, I'm without the car or the money! David - who I believe is Gerard Habibian is the person who I was communicating with. Brian Bullock, whose name was on contract papers and my original contact - claims no knowledge of me or my case, thus the 2007 335i BMW that he sold me.
