Y.R.C TRUCKING YELLOW ROADWAY increase price of the delivery upon delivery after phone quote by 200%. this company is very confused DELTONA, Florida

On may 12th or 13th I called YRC for a quote on a seal divider (I used then before with a seal divider from deltona to KY) after a brief description on the contents to be transported I was asked the weight of the boxes I reply 4 to 500 pounds and a bed room set, night stand, headboard, footboard and dresser plus my grill and some bins and a kitchen set and I needed 10 feet of space as before. The lady quoted and said it was 1100.00.00 or $ 1300.00 but she would give me a 60% discount given me a total charge on the freight $659.65 and that it would be a seal divider. This is the only quote given. upon delivery the company increasing the delivery charges, they claim that there was a second quote thats not true. Upon first call to make Delivery spoke person said all charges were paid, "I said no I havent paid yet for delivery it would be c.o.d. $659.65" ?so I asked do I make check to YRC? "she reply yes" 2 hours later they called and said it would be $2000.00 so I complaint that our agreement was for $659.65 she said I had to call central office so I did. thy said they would look into it and claimed it was not a seal divider load. The next day they called a lower price of $1400.00 so I disagree again and they told me to call central again, and I did, and they said they were going to look into it, so that I can get my goods. they call back and this time claim it to be a seal divider load, and that the charges were $1751.00 and that it was 3800 pounds but I stated that we never discuss weight only when I was asked for the weight of the boxes. I feel am being abused due to my lack of shipment knowledge, in that trailer is my lifetime memories, pictures, shoes all my clothes all my lifetime papers that could never be replace plus birth certificate, insurance papers 401 papers. My wife and I went to Florida with 2 pairs of each item. no shoes only slip on cause our good were to be there in 3 days. i inform d.o.t we don't have anything, everything is in that trailer all our clothes,shoes,important papers like irs password to cards, socks,undergarments family pictures of a lifetime irreplaceable memories note: a seal divider is a load with bars across and 2 pieces of plywood 4X8. i pray they dont brake the seals.
