Deceptive billing practices

Received a call from them in 2010 stating order for internet advertising. Played a recording made described as a contract. I paid the first bill(I was able to get it reduced because I did not intentionally sign up for service) with the understanding that once paid this "contract" would be completed. Two years later I receive a call stating that the contract was two parted and the second part of the contract was due. When contacted and requested to speak to someone else we were directed to the same person. Apparently only two people work at this company, a woman answering the phone and the rep "assigned" to all claims. Be careful they are quite convincing. He is quite rude and does not let you explain youself.
