on march 3rd 2010 i ate a fish dinner at a taco bell-long john silver in kent ohio at aproimatly 4:30 pm. The glass cut many areas in the mouth and throat as i swallowed causing blood to pour out of my mouth. they referred the case to galleger basset who went through their standard no reply routine, then after my attorney quit for some reason they extended their hard to reply for months, after which they offered me $400.00 dollars.


i have read of this famous $400.00 dollar offer as a constant figure this firm taco bell uses. This law firm uses this tactic for accross the board injury ranging from hospital birth delivery accidents to mal-practice and all other injury forms from restaurants. This is a standard procedure for this firm once they corner the poor without legal counsel.
