I have been a witness of the low standards use it by ZIRKU HSE Team Leaders and accepted by both Site Managers. Company is ZADCO who belongs to the ADNOC Group in Zbu Dhabi ccidents that took place manipulated so as not to be called WHAT THEY REALLY ARE, LTI´s, MEDICAL TREATMENTS cases and so on... I was assigned as HSE Training Specialist at Zirku Island where Company is developing different Oil and Gas Projects, I am former (ZADCO HHRR Department acted against the Law (UAE Labour Law number 8) 2 algerians ( Mr. Abdul Kader belalia and Mohammed Ghouti), who are the head of the HSE Department in Zirku Island, always "cheat" Company when they manage the accidents that take place at the island, and they are so many...I do not have to lie, I do not get anything, PERHAPS BECAUSE OF MY IMPRESSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO WORK IN A PROACTIVE WAY INSTEAD RE-ACT (LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO) IS THE REASON WHY THEY TERMINATED ME...I DO RECOMMEND YOU TO KEEP AN EYE...IF YOU ARE INTERESTED I COULD GIVE YOU EXAMPLES OF WHY I SAS IN THIS REPORT

Interesting post. I am also witness of what this report says./states!, ADNOC and ZADCO are both "wrongdoing" Companies. So many wrongdoing situations and conflicts of interests merges between management specially at ZIRKU island in Abu Dhabi. Hopefully one day and, if interested parties, parties that are really committed to high Health, Safety and Environmental Standards, can perform a very deep investigation of both companies behaviour.
