Zappgum.com ZAPP, Zapp xylitol brands I ordered a chewing gum package + toothpaste from them and never heard from them again. It's been 2 months now.

I was looking for an alternative chewing gum that doesn't have aspartam in it. I found the website www.zappgum.com online through the Google search. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the fact that the website doesn't list any phone or fax number. I checked the products they offer and it all look very legitimate to me. I was very excited that I found what I'd been looking for. I ordered a package of chewing gum and a toothapste with Xylitol from them. It was in February 2011. I received the email from them stating that my order was shipped. Never heard from them again. The order didn't arrive. I can not contact them as there is no phone I can call. I emailed them a couple of times - no reply. I even tried to file a return of the product and in the notes said that I'd like my money back since I have't received the products. No answer. Nothing! I would like to warn everyone who visits their website not to buy from them as you will lose your money and will never see a product. Thank you for the opportunity.
