Harmful products from ZeroPointGlobal.com Rick Bergen is a con man and crook after buying zero point pendant April 2008 (several times I did get a red rash on my chest (cleavage ) from the pendant and thought it was an irritation, the other times, it went away but a year later April 2009 after taking the pendant off, the red rash became a slightly darker than flesh scar. I reported this to the company -- asked for help and only got an email stating they were sorry I was experiencing whatever.... I called and ask the owner to call, never did. So I called again and asked for his email. | Peace For Life LLC dba ZeroPoint Global a Wyoming Corporation operates out of a house in Las Vegas, Nevada. Does not have a business license in any state and collects sales tax on Nevada deliveries, but does not pay it to the state of Nevada. The state of Nevada is investigating the company for many illegal practices presently. The company started out as Zero Point Marketing Ltd a Nevada corporation, but got caught not paying payroll taxes so the CEO Rick Bergen had another company formed in Wyoming and switched all the monies and inventory over to the new corporation in Wyoming. It still operated out of a house at 9004 Pebble Shore Court, Las Vegas, Nevada, using 9101 W. Sahara Ave Suite 105-A17, Las Vegas, Nevada as it's mailing address. That address is actually a Postnet business with private mail boxes. The state of Nevada had frozen all of Zero Point Marketing Ltd's bank accounts at one point when it was caught not collecting payroll taxes and not paying Unemployment Taxes. Shortly after Rick Bergen the CEO decided to open another corporation in Wyoming in an effort to avoid the government regulartory agencies. He was able to stay under the radar till recently when the different government agencies have started working together and figuring out all the different illegal activities going on. All the corporations are linked together through Rick Bergen, MLM Consultants International LLC a Nevada Corporation and Peace For Life Inc a Panamanian Corporation. |

I want to help people and have been on Fox News Los Angeles to report fraud, scam, rip off and on Baltimore to help find a killer. please contact me consumeralerter at gmail dot com and let us work together to expose these con men and scams -- i have advertising / marketing idea's to provide some revenue to offset the cost and time ... 2 big guns from Amega global left in 2011 and joined Zero Point ... and after Rick Bergen stole most of their downline to the tune of $15, 000 to $20, 000 monthly income, they left... this Bergen is plain scum and needs to be taken down!!! I can't stand when con men get away with rip offs, lies and such fraud |
