ZILLOW'S REAL ESTATE AGENT LEAD GENERATION PROGRAM IS A RIPOFF. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR HYPED UP SALES PITCH. THEY DO NOT GENERATE LEADS FROM ANY MLS DATA BASES. THEIR PURPORTED LEADS COME FROM AN IN-HOUSE PRO- PRIETARY DATA BASE THAT IS OUTDATED AND USELESS. THE DOLLAR VALUE OF PROPERTIES THEY SEND ARE FOR THE MOST PART <$200,000. THEY OVERSELL THEIR CAPABILITIES AND UNDER DELIVER IN QUALITY. THEIR PROPRIETARY DATA BASE PROVES TO BE A COSTLY WASTE OF ANY AGENTS TIME AND MONEY.

MAJOR PROBLEMS: 1. POOR QUALITY OF LEADS, 2. LEADS ARE NOT VERIFIED BEFORE BEING SENT ON TO AN AGENT, 3. MARKET VALUE OF PROPERTY LEADS GENERALLY LESS THAN $200,000, 4. LEADS SENT FOR LOCATIONS FAR BEYOND AGENTS 'FARM' AREA, 5. COSTLY, MINIMUM SIGN UP 6 MONTHS @ $1,650.00, AND 6. BASICALLY WORTHLESS PROPRIETARY DATA BASE USED TO GENERATE LEADS, MOST LEADS ARE OUT OF DATE WHEREBY PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN SOLD, EXPIRED OR DELISTED.

I went through the same thing with Zillow real estate leads from my zip code profile. They keep calling you everyday until you sign up for the 3 month trial period.

After a month, I blocked their charge and they started sending me all these leads. I thought that maybe I was wrong so I gave them a different credit card.

Their leads are always for junkie properties in bad areas. In addition, the leads never return my phone calls or emails which tells me that they are outdated.

Zillow should be reported to BBB for this scam that they have going on.

They got me too. Signed me up for Premier leads from several high dollar demographic zip codes in my area by lying to me about how many leads were being generated per month from these zips. In two months, I got 3 "leads" on properties NOT EVEN listed for sale or lease in the MLS!!! About $900 hard earned dollars for NOTHING. I had to change my card number to stop their charges. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!

Zillow does not represent what it sells, agents should never think zillow will promote agents branding their name. I was one of the first RE Agents to try Zillows agent premier program, Aug. 2010. It was the worst experience, I've been harassed from the first moment I signed up. Zillow has anonymous top contributors? I'm about to file a law suit against Zillow...

Same experience here...totally bogus leads that don't respond to calls or emails. They got about $600 of my money and I was never able to contact ONE of their so called leads for properties not even for sale. Also had to cancel my card to stop charges.
