Dr. Victor L. Marchione's Inner Circle Membership - Check deposited by Lombardi Publishing without registering for membership

The check was to be made payable to Lombardi Publishing Corp in Ontario Canada. Dr. Marchione is from New Jersey and is a pulmonary specialist. The "Inner Circle" consists of 5 doctors. My father failed to write on the memo line of the check that the money was for this membership. Lombardi Publishing did not follow up to see what the check was for but instead deposited it...
