1st Security Preparation Inc I was scammed New York , New York

I was scammed by this company. looking for a summer job i was told about a security company (1st security inc) that will prepare me to be a security and it was only $80 dollars. So i went the next day filled out an application type of form i then went and spoke to a man who laid out in front of me three packages the first one was about $300 THE SECOND ABOUT $500 an the third one almost $800. I was shocked i first believed it was going to be only $80 he then told me i needed to take all of these classes and that for the first package i would get paid from $8 to $10 dollars an hour, the second from $10 to $14 and the third from $12 to $18. i asked them many times do you guarantee me a job he said yes once you are done with your classes we will put you to work the next day hearing the guarantee that to me i said ok and chose the third package. I just turned 18 so of course i asked my parents for the money they looked at me and told me are you crazy i said but i will get a job the day after im done with the training. so they agreed and told me only because they said they guarantee you will get a job that pays that much when your done. so i go back and give them the money i ended up paying $629 because i told them i could not get anymore money so they agreed. after i took all my classes they told me to come back the next day that they will have me working so i came the next day for placement and little do i know they send me to a security guard company to apply for their company they sent many of the people that were there for placement to the same place i am mad because it is not what i expected i then ask some of the people that worked there how much do they get paid will i get paid $12 or more like they told me they laughed and said "hell no", i was furious and felt completely lied to. while i was there i noticed most of the people that worked for that company as security guards were people who just got their residency or people with green cards, many of them could not speak the language very well so i started getting suspicious are they employing people like this to take advantage, they are more vulnerable. i applied and never got a phone call back. i was shocked i said to myself how did they not call me back i am well spoken and educated. then i said they are employing people that can barely speak the language or just came to this country to take advantage of them i was furious. i almost forgot i paid $300 for a cpr class that they said i needed they told me my license would come in the mail in about 2 -3 weeks and its been over 2 months later it, has not. I then went back to the company to get my refund, they told me its going to be hard because you all ready took all of your classes. they told me wait 15 days for a response they will mail you a letter, i said ok. over 20 days past and i called them up many times and they never answered, they finally picked up and I asked what happened to my refund they said oh it was denied because you took classes all ready, i was shocked at the disgusting business these people run. i call back and ask again i want my money they said you cant have it back you are welcome to come back to placement i said no your not going to place me anywhere this is a scam your not going to pay me what you promised me your a bunch a liars scamming innocent people that just want a job. i then called them and told them i would sue them and they laughed on the phone and said "go ahead were ready". these people make a living from ripping people off, its disgusting.
i do not know what to do anymore i want my money back and i want this to stop happening i want these people to be held accountable for what they are doing.
