The website looks super-pro with lots of major brand logos, and great looking products at excellent pricing and fast turnarounds. The sales staff is friendly and helpful, and actually sound like regular sales people whom you have trusted in the past. My sales rep assured me I didn't need rush shipping after telling me it was $200 more, but that my timeline was well within regular production and shipping. I confirmed when I needed my product in my written approval of the comp they created. I called ten days later as a routine check. Still in production, said the cust serv rep, you will get an email shipping notification. Four days after that still nothing, so I called, emailed and live chatted for the next four days, talked to several very nice people who apologized, told me nothing, each one lying when they'd give me a time when someone would call back. NEVER calls back. NO email responses. Live chat guy promised to meet the critical date AND to have someone call back. NO one called, which alarmed me to dispute the charge with American Express. Still no one emailed or called with any information, apologies, nothing. 5 days after the event and 5 days late (ordered 18 days in advance) a box arrives at my client's, who thought nothing about signing for it was a shipment was expected and there was no company name or address on the packaging. Then the big lying and harassment by phone and email came to both me and my client. After they won't email or call you back when they promise, a sudden deluge of calls and emails making up dialogs which never occurred with my client. Made three reports to American Express fraud dept, FTC, IC3, BBB and am still going strong to keep others from getting hurt, scamed, lied to, threatened and harassed. Told company they could pick up their product or send a pre-paid label, of course they made up lies how this wasn't guaranteed and they cannot pay for shipping back. Next stop, lawyer ... It's like these folks live in an alternate universe, robots? cyborgs? creatures with no ethics, morals or truths, but sound like it at first. Ever see Blade Runner when they test the "Replicants?" It's feels just like that. When you find out who they are, it's too late. Don't make that mistake yourself.

You are not alone! There are hundreds of reports like this one and it is amazing the Federal Govt (or is it amazing?) has not thrown this little shit in prison. I heard he is pakistani or some kind of indian. As far as american knows, they are supporting terrorism with American's money and laughing about it. This is their business model, screw everyone they can, for as long as they can, then get sued and do it again. I am sure their days are numbered, but until then, warn everyone not to be sucked in by pretty websites with prices that seem too good to be true. Someone shoe go beats this fkrs ass into the ground!

We're sorry to hear you had such a horrible experience with our company. We strive to make sure our products are delivered on time and at the lowest possible prices. Give our sales or customer service team a call and they will take care of you. Our company employs over 200 people in Houston, Texas. We are an American company with manufacturing capabilities here in the States. We are not a Indian owned company, or Chinese factory from overseas. We are real people standing by to take your calls, solve any issues, and deliver the products we proudly make in the United States.

We placed an order for american flag can coolies with 3 LINES of text printed on them on 8/8/11 with Imprint.com...however almost all of the correspondence that we have received has come from Netbrands, Inc.. This company CHARGED or account for the order we placed and THEN notified us that the ink that we ordered and paid $50.00 EXTRA for was not able to be used on the coolies...even though it was advertised as an option. We then changed the ink color to the color they suggested. We were told they would credit our account for the difference plus the shipping/customs fee that they ALSO OVERCHARGED us for...we specified on the order to be made in the USA not China...an option that their site allowed. The total credit was to be $95.44 per Chris in their customer service dept. (A CREDIT WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED!) We then received the order and they had printed 4 LINES OF TEXT. We have received over a dozen e-mails regarding this order and never once was the text mentioned as being an issue. It was also NOT stated anywhere in the ordering process that only so many characters were permitted on a line. We contacted the company several times by phone and e-mail...they said we had to send pictures of the product that we received and they would submit them to the claims dept. TWO DAYS AGO we sent both pictures of the product and also pictures of the original order placed. We have heard nothing from this company...They have refused to return our phone calls, refused to return our e-mails, thier customer service and their "supervisor" have lied to us numerous times saying they would call us right back, and then do not...and they have even just plain hung up on our calls multiple times. I have filed complaints today with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney Generals office. and I have a call in to our attorney.

And I received my order from them shipped from China-An order they charged me about $389.00 for. Invoice comes from china indicating that they (Netbrand or whatever their alias today) paid a penny (yes that's correct - PENNY) for each of the wristbands, amounting to $6.70 (six dollars, seventy cents) ONLY. This means they made 58 times more from my order, than what they actually paid for the product out of china. Even if shipping is calculated out of that, they made about 57 times more, which is the MOST ILLEGAL BUSINESS TRANSACTION I'VE EVER COME ACROSS AND EVER WILL. IF YOU WILL IGNORE THESE COMPLAINTS AND ORDER FROM THEM, AT LEAST CHECK YOUR INVOICE WHEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVES FROM CHINA. YOUR EYES WILL POP OUT LIKE MINE DID!!!

Hello, After reading these comments from anonymous customers, we want to inform the Public consumers that this is not true. First of all we do not include an invoice in any of our shipments from either our Chinese or United States facilities. The customer is claiming that their invoice stated that the total cost of the product was $6.70 which is impossible because our product cost much more to produce and not to mention customize. We provide a service and our website is open to the public, but we do not force any customers who come to our site to purchase our products. The pricing we have is the lowest in the industry and we stand by a quality product. When the customer originally placed the order with us they had no issues with the pricing or else they would have went to another company. There is nothing Illegal with what we are doing because we charged for a product and delivered it to the customer within the time frame selected. As for Customers complaining that they cannot get through to our Customer Service team, that is also not true because we do everything we can to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product that they receive or we give them a full refund if it is our fault. We speculate that these complaints are coming from fellow competitors in our Industry. We have been in this Industry for over 5 years and we have had to deal with competitors submitting anonymous posts bashing our Company in attempts to hurt our reputation. We will continue to do our best to make sure each order with our Company is produced to the Industry standard. We look to improve the quality of our Product and Service daily, and we will continue to stand by our Product along with the Millions of satisfied Customers. If there is an issue with your order and you would like one of our Customer Service Managers to address the issue, please email us at [email protected] and we will make sure your issue is resolved.

Thank you,

Hello,

Also after reading the post by the user: Scubawench, we can confirm that none of these companies are affiliated with ours. As stated in our previous post we understand that our Competitors will try to provide false information about our company in attempts to deter potential customers from our Company. We also are shocked that people would submit posts in reference to the race of the Owners of this Company. This is America and we all have the equal opportunity venture into any business of our choice. It is sad that people would suggest that "they are supporting terrorism with American's money and laughing about it." We are an honest legitimate company which is providing a product to the World at an affordable price. We will continue to answer all of these posts to show that we are serious about Customer's concerns.

Thank you,

Word to the wise...NEVER EVER use this company (whatever that may be...Netbrands, Imprint, 24 Hour Wristbands, etc.)!!! On 8/24/11, I placed an order for 200 can coozies for a charity golf event on 9/10/11. When ordering, I was told I could expect my order on 9/1/11...perfect, I thought! I was using custom wording and artwork so a proof needed my approval before production could begin, understandably so. Between 8/25 and 8/27 I was sent two proofs, neither correct. During this time I called every day and never got a phone call returned. Finally, after submitting a "ticket" I received a proof on 8/30 which was exactly what I wanted. I approved it and requested that my order be processed, I further explained that my timeline was short and was advised delivery would be no later than 9/8. I do a lot of online ordering, for my job and personally as well, and have never encountered anything like this. Well, the golf event is 3 days away and I've been calling and on hold too many times to count. Each time I was told my order was in production; however, NO ONE could answer when it would ship or when I could expect delivery...pretty simple questions!!! I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor, but all the managers were conveniently in a "managers meeting" at the time. Numerous tickets were created asking for someone in customer service to call me, but they never did. After growing frustration and hostility on my part, I was told today that there is no way I would have my order by tomorrow as promised...it would most likely be a week and a half or so!!! Really??? Each phone call I got a different customer service (using that lightly) representative but at least they're consistent with their poor service!! The real stinger for me is that I could have used a local, trustworthy company and been guaranteed delivery, but the price was almost double...next time I'll know better. I would strongly recommend running far and running fast from these scam artists...just atrocious, all the way around!!!

I wish I had looked at this before I ordered. When I called about my order, I was told that PayPal did not send them the money for my order so they canceled it. I contacted PayPal who told me they had sent it and would contact them. Long story short, thank goodness I had ordered through PayPal because they got my money back. This is a very unprofessional company (even though their salesman do sound legit) and I just wonder what kind of business this is. This order was for football team so even though I got my money back, it is now too late to replace with anything else. This company is a SCAM!

I wished I had seen all these reports. I just ordered 200 coozies from them. Even when I called, I had an "inkling" something was "just not right" when I asked about their "100 free wristbands withANY order " then the sales associate she was a 'decision maker" and that she wasn't going to honor what was on their website.
Anyways I hope I get my coozies on time (if I am lucky)..I even paid Fedex two day shipping for these coozies!! Uncertain from Florida

Please stay away from this company, its the worst online experience I have had. I do many online orders and have never had a problem that they refuse to correct. I had many hang ups, no emails, never a return call as promised. I ordered metallic gold and got army green, I can't use them at all...SOLITION, dispute the charges :), my credit card company was so helpful. I printed a copy of their sample metallic gold and took a picture of the product I received, CASE CLOSED. I hope this helps others trapped by this company.

I called Imprint.com last Thursday to order items for a local community event. I spoke with Steve @ x214 and was told that in order to get our shipment here by Thursday 4/26, he would recommend rush production with rush shipping. The order was approved, submitted & creditcard charged. A girl called the office today asking for us to approve and submit. After telling her that it was done a week ago, I was placed on hold. She came back & said that she could see everything and would have someone call me back-no phone calls. Called back & spoke to Julian, who after reading through all the notes, said the best he could do was Friday, April 27. After telling him that was not going to work, he said he would have someone from customer service call me back. No phone calls. Called again & asked for a supervisor, the guy told me to hang up and call a different # which took me right back to the same place. After waiting again on hold, I spoke with Christian who had no words to explain what happened or why. I asked him what the soonest was it would be here & explained that I wanted all of my RUSH $ refunded. He told me next Tuesday. I asked for a supervisor & was told she was at lunch and I should call back in an hour. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had & will definitely never use them again or recommend them to anyone! From broken down machines to I just dont knows, I was given every excuse there is. The only thing the service reps had in common is that they were all very good at getting you off the phone.

AVOID!!! These people are a scam. I placed an order and received a confirmation email. The amount was $13 higher than the price when I clicked the order button. I immediately called them - waited about 15 mins for someone to pick up - then asked about the additional fee. They told me it was tax. They are based in Texas, I am in California. I said - at what rate?? They could not tell me. Well, $13 on an $82 order is waaay more than the normal tax rate. I requested a cancellation immediately. They sent me a log of my request for cancellation. I called again the next day, as I received an email saying that the order had gone into production. I reiteratied that I would not pay additional to what I had contracted for, and they stated that the additional amount was tax, customs fees (from Texas??) and insurance. I said, well, I cancelled my order anyway. They then informed me that they do not cancel orders, despite the published cancellation policy on their website. They did offer to refund me the "tax" amount, but would not refund the customs fees or insurance. When I questioned how they can refund TAX as is required by the GOVERNMENT they dodged the question. I reiterated that I was cancelling, had written confirmation of cancellation policy AND of my request to cancel. They hung up on me. So I disputed with my credit card company and reported them to the state of California for tax fraud, since they are obvoiusly collecting "taxes" and not sending them to the appropriate state.

WORST QUALITY AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them!!! The worst quality koozies I have ever purchased!!! I thought I was getting a deal, but with all their "extra" fees I ended up with (13) Koozies for $86.00!!! I sent them a photograph to have printed on the koozie, and I could not even recognize the person's face it was so blurry!! I even talked to someone on the phone after placing my order and the ensured me that their prining people would let them know if I needed to send a different picture (and they didn't!) Aside from the picture the quality of the koozie, seam, and colors look like I made it myself. I have bought koozies for many different events, on 4 other websites, and this was by far the WORST quality I have ever recieved. I think you could paint koozies from Walmart and get a better result...Seriously!! I sent 4 emails to the "help" email that they gave me and never recieved a response. Then they have (2) different numbers for sales and help. You will be put on hold for about 5-10 minutes for the sales and 53 (plus) minutes for the help line. I say 53 minutes, because of the (3) times I tried to call, 53 minutes was the longest I could wait before I had to answer a work call!! And the sales line will not help you if it is related to a problem! This place is a joke! I typically read reviews, which is why I am posting this now, but was in a hurry, and looking for a "deal." You will not get one here so don't waste your money or your time!

I am a small business owner that specializes in graphic design & printing - which means that I deal with both sides of this industry. I have to make sure that my customers are happy - and I deal with hundreds of different vendors.

This company is BY FAR the biggest joke of a company I have ever come across. EVERYTHING you are reading in these reviews is spot on. The website gives you a quote (in my case approx $300) and then I received an invoice later that states they charged my card $352. I called to ask why and they said that their website specifically states that tax is not included in the quoted price. Fine (even though i find it bizarre and shady to not include tax in the price that you are quoting and asking your customer to authorize). But tax on $300 should be about $24 (at 8%)... where was the additional $30 coming from? This is where I should have cancelled my order.

They include a fee for "insurance". I asked what "insurance" is. They stated that their insurance would cover me on the cost of reprinting my job if something "happened to it". I said "why? what would happen to it?" Their response "you know.. if it is damaged in shipping".. and i said "well.. why wouldn't my shipment be insured by fedex/ups in that case?" Their response "well.. it probably would".. so i said "then why do i need your insurance".. Their response "because something else could happen and then you wouldn't have to pay for the reprint"

I have NEVER heard of such an absurd thing in my life. I offer insurance to my customers on EVERY job FREE OF CHARGE. It is called - if you aren't satisfied with my product because something was misprinted or something happened to it before it arrived in your hands, i will do the right thing and reprint it. How dare this joke of a company try and make me pay a 10% "insurance" fee. If you decline their "insurance" they might as well pour hot coffee on your order - box it - ship it - and when you get it and say "my printing has coffee all over it - i am not paying for it" they feel like they have the right to say "sorry.. you declined the insurance."

Fast forward to the inevitable outcome. The website states that you get 24 hour production. I ordered 10, 000 temporary tattoos on Friday after their cutoff. They should have shipped on Tuesday according to their schedule. I paid for US production and 2 day shipping - and was GUARANTEED TWICE by 2 separate customer service reps that my customer would receive the tattoos on THURSDAY. Today is Wednesday and I hadn't received a tracking number yet so I called them.

"hi... this is xxxxx - i am calling to find out if order number xxxx has shipped"
"no sir. i am sorry. this is a large order. we were not able to ship it yet."
"i am confused. you GUARANTEED ME when i placed the order that it would arrive to my client on Thursday"
"yes but the order is large and we were not able to get it done on time."
"that is unacceptable. why did you guarantee it when i placed the order if you were not able to produce it on time"
"well sir. i can't answer that. the best we can do is ship them tomorrow and get them to your client on friday"
"but the event is tomorrow"
"well sir. if your client can wait until friday to receive them then we can offer you a 10% discount"
"do you know how absurd that is? how about this... are any of them printed yet?"
"yes... more than half of them are printed"
"ok... then please have them box whatever is printed and overnight them to my client"
"sorry sir.. we can't do that."
"why not?"
"because we don't ship partial orders"
"but in this case... wouldn't it make sense to do that considering that you blew a guaranteed deadline?"
"sir. i can not do that for you. the best we can do is offer you a 10% discount or cancel the order all together"
"so you think a better solution then packaging whatever is printed and shipping it to my client would be to throw them all away and cancel the order. Then you get paid nothing... my client freaks out on me for not delivering... and everybody wasted their time?"
"sir... i will tell you what i am going to do. i am going to just go ahead and cancel the order..."
"no! don't do that.. let me speak to my customer first and see what they say.. do you have a direct extension i can reach so that i don't have to wait on hold again?"
"no"
"do you have an email address?"
"no"
"you must have an email address"
"no.. i don't have internet access"
"how could you not have internet access.. you are a website!"
"sir.. just call back the same number and you are going to have to wait on hold"

I HATE THIS COMPANY... run so far away - i wish i saw these reviews before i drove myself crazy with this disaster. Long story short - my customer agreed to receive the tattoos on Friday. I was GUARANTEED (again) that they would arrive no later than noon on Friday by the customer service rep. I will update this review at 12:01 on Friday...

I have to say - I am not expecting this story to end well.
