2B-Unique Design Studio Brian Miller THEFT OF SERVICES/PRODUCT New York , New York

2B-Unique Design Studio, , has stolen product and services from my company worth thousands of dollars! To top it off, Brian Miller, a registered agent of 2B-Unique, is a check bouncer extraordinaire.

I have exhausted all efforts to work with Mr. Miller on 2B-Uniques account. Originally this company had a payment arangement, butonly one of about ten payments haven't been returned due to insufficent funds. Furthermore, payments have sinceceased entirely. Myself and my associates have been promised countless times that this matter would be resolved prior to 2011, but that hasn't happened, obviously.

Mr. Miller will not accept calls orkeep appointments to discuss this matter, and it would appear that 2B-Unique is using income to pay employees and purchase new supplies, whild leaving older vendors in a state of non payment. This company feels it is their right to pay invoices at their discretion, if at all.

Potential customers be advised that there is a good chance that the product or services that2B-Unique are offeringhave not been paid for. Please do notencourage this behavior by doing business with them.

I have worked as the bookkeeper for 2B Unique for seven years. I remember this case very well. The client promised to deliver a service for 2B Unique which was never rendered. When we notified them that we would not pay them since we did not receive the service, they continued to harass us.
There is no product nor service that was ever delivered to 2B Unique. This is a 100% false accusation and this company should be ashamed of themselves. Soliciting a service, demanding payment, never delivering on that promise, then slandering a reputable company's name.
