3499 Dollar Messenger Rude, unprofessional, scam artists, thieves, Internet

Warning! Please read this before you do business with this company! Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I called these guys. When I first called, they were very helpful and nice. They went out the very next day to serve the papers and called me right away to tell me the person who answered the door told them the person who was supposed to be served did not live there. They said they would send me a declaration stating exactly what had happened. The person to be served called me a few minutes later and said he did live there and would accept service. I couldn't reach any one at 34.99 until that evening. They said again that they would send a declaration and that they would attempt service again, but I would have to pay a second fee. I agreed. I received the declaration in the mail a few days later. The court information was not filled in and it simply said "{Name} was not found". I called and asked about this. The person who answered was very short, said "we will take care of this" and simply hung up. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. I called the other number listed and was told "We are only allowed to be on the phone for 30 seconds" and they hung up again. I sent numerous emails over several days asking for a declaration explaining exactly what happened when they attempted service so I could present that to the court when I asked for the money back. I asked for receipts for the payment transactions, to which they never responded. I asked about whether or not they had served the person, to which they never responded. I asked for a copy of the proof of service, and they said they will not provide that to me, they will only mail it to the court. I referenced other reviews from people saying the proof of service was never filed and asked again that they send it to me, to which they never responded. I begged and begged them to simply do what I had paid them to do. Rather, they didn't serve the guy, they wouldn't give me a receipt for my payment, they wouldn't provide me with a declaration, and they wouldn't tell me if they had served or would ever serve the guy. These guys are definitely a scam and scam artists. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY - YOU WILL JUST LOSE IT!
