I purchased a Verizon MiFi Hotspot from 4G Wireless located at 11870 Santa Monica Blvd. Los Angeles, CA. 90025 . The store which is a Verizon Authorized Dealer sold me USED equipment as NEW. The device failed with 45 days of purchase. When I attempted to return it for an exchange, I was instructed by the location to return it through a Verizon Corporate store. I went to a Corporate store and was informed that the device was no longer under warranty (Although it is warranted for one full year) and was sold to me USED and they cannot do anything for me. After an hour in the store the Corporate store manager relented and upgraded the device for me for an additional $100.00 . 4G Wireless gets away with selling equipment and NOT doing anything for a consumer. Shame on them.

4G Wireless, the retailer you purchased from is notorious for selling used, damaged, recertified products as new. They should never have sold it to you and you can reach them directly at 949-748-6100. They should make reparations or the best thing you can ask for is to cancel the service with them so they dont make another dime off your misfortune. Call Verizon and make sure they know that 4G did you wrong. I heard they were being investigated after an employee was fired for speaking out against their criminal activity. I got a used cell phone from them and had the same types of issues. Ask around and youll see that no one likes this 4G company. Buy everything on Amazon, its cheaper and reliable because Amazon has a reputation they care about.
