"Butters" and other endangered youth in Tucson's 4th Avenue area continue to be victimized by racists, sexists and continued Felony Drug Crime. But not by the criminals. Not by Neo-NAZI's. Not even by Harley Riding meth manufacturers and cocaine distributors.

Particularly male teenagers continue to be violently threatened by mal-trained security guards making sure they can put off anything that looks like good and legal work long enough to threaten disadvantaged male teen that might be sitting or walking with a new girl or two.

Could I ask some of those I know to pay all the employees of this Merchant's Association to quit before they inspire more violence and drug crime by teens and other members of the community who do not wish to be called names and brutalized by men who have not convinced me they have even earned a high school education?

The members of this association that have clearly commited repeated felony and misdemeanors before me have neither been fired, reprimanded nor retrained.

This remains a completely bad, replaceable and utterly dubious security force/merchant's association. I have lived in some of the very poorest places on earth - this hokey, brutal, mal-educated and hopelessly prejudiced, small-town yokels have taken more graft from those at the street fair than the entire police force of Nogales COMBINED.

By observation of both cities and operations for over a quarter of a century.

The operative vocabulary word today is lud-i-crous. I would like every member of the 4th Avenue Merchant's Association to define the word ludicrous and give and least two written examples of how teenagers, old ladies andolder men that have been known to security guards for a long time or by Tucson's literally endless supply of small business rubes HAVE BEEN REPEATED DEFAMED, DEFILED, BRUTALIZED BECAUSE YOU COULD LITERALLY NOT ENDURE AN ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF THE EVIL AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY THAT HAS SO VERY WRONGLY BEEN DAILY INSPIRED BY THE 4TH AVENUE MERCHANT'S ASSOCIATION.

Please include any threats by Italians, Catholics and those of Roman extraction to eliminate oriental and non-Italian, non-Catholic business owners.
