After a year of service, I asked A1 Guardian pest control, that I was no longer interested in there service. They asked me for a written notice, this is after my contract expired. I faxed them a notice when i got back into town. Then they sent me a card saying the technician is coming out to spray. I said "no" Then they sent the technician out to spray, and charged me $100 dollar termination fee. I called and explained to the supervisor name Marisol, and she argued with me over the phone. Than I asked for the manager. And I was only allowed to email him, he never responded. I called to today to ask why he didn't respond, and her answer was because he is not going to waive the charges! Now my account is in collections and I dont know what to do!
